Placing an Order:

To place an order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button below the product you wish to purchase. To review and adjust your order before finalizing, click the "View Cart" icon located at the top right corner of the page. From your shopping cart, you can modify quantities or remove products as needed. When you're ready, click "Proceed to Checkout" to place your order. Our Sales Department will review and verify your order before forwarding it to the Order Processing Department.

Insurance:

Price Match Guarantee:

We offer a price match guarantee against all retail competitors, including their online prices. For more information on our price match guarantee, please contact a sales representative. Please note that certain exclusions apply, such as special daily or hourly sales, pricing errors, and clearance items.

Cancelling an Order:

To cancel an order, please call us at (800) 578-4319 or email us at sales@serverstoragedepot.com. Depending on the status of your order, we may require you to return the product to us.

Shipping Policy:

Most orders are shipped the same day if payment is received before 5:00 PM EST. Our Shipping Department operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous 48 States, with expedited shipping options available upon request.

Processing Time:

While we strive to process orders promptly, processing time does not guarantee same-day shipping. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST can generally be shipped the same day, provided the items are in stock and payment verification is successful.
