Welcome to Servers Storage Depot LLC's return policy. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please read the following guidelines carefully regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

What is Our Return Policy?

Customers can initiate returns by contacting our Customer Support team at (800) 578-4319 or through our return request form.

Servers Storage Depot LLC adheres to the return policies set by the original product manufacturer. Please note that software items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or if licenses were downloaded electronically.

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within two weeks, including transit time, processing, and bank processing time. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To return an item, log in to your account, access the order through the "Complete Orders" link, and click on the "Return Item(s)" button. You will receive email notification once we have processed your return.

Customers must report any damaged products within fifteen (15) days of delivery receipt by contacting Servers Storage Depot LLC Customer Support.

Rules and Restrictions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Include order information and retain copies for your records.
  • Shipping, handling costs, and additional charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returns.
  • Returns must be received within 10 days of return authorization.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days upon receiving the returned product.

Failure to contact Customer Service for return authorization may result in a denial of credit or replacement for returned merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect each item before shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service team immediately. Provide your order number, item number, tracking number, email address, and phone number for assistance.

We make every effort to assist with your return. However, items returned as defective may not qualify for a refund if they are deemed in working condition.

Defective items may be repaired or replaced within 30 days of purchase under Servers Storage Depot LLC's Warranty Policy or within the manufacturer's warranty period, if applicable.
